The Coast 05 Red coached by China Maja had a perfect weekend at the Boys Rule Tournament in Savannah, Georgia to kick off the spring season. The 05 boys posted four consecutive clean sheets while playing up a year in age to claim the 13U top honors. Fifteen total goals were put in the back of the net by Coast over the course of four matches with the most precious coming in their 1-0 win over Savannah United 05 Premier in the final.
The Coast 07 Red have a new coach in Ross Henderson this spring but they picked up right where Coach Justin Wolf left off and won the boys 10U championship in dominating fashion. The 07 boys also posted four consecutive wins while only surrendering one goal during the tournament. The championship came in a one sided 5-0 result over Savannah United 07 Premier.
Coast Director of Coaching Ross Morgan’s 08 Red boys finished as 10U finalists playing up a year in age. The 08 boys won their two opening matches before dropping two close results. “We brought nine teams to the Savannah event and it proved to be a very productive weekend for our club. It was great to get matches in against quality competitive to prepare us for league play beginning next week” said Morgan
