A total of six Coast FA teams qualified for the fall State Cups which conclude next weekend in the upstate area. Teams in South Carolina are placed into several classifications based on their skill level and only the top eight to twelve teams qualify for the state cup each year determined by their regular season results. The Bob Brantley Challenge Cup is in Greenville and has the highest level of play which includes the top twelve teams from the Premier and Challenge Leagues. The Presidents Medal Cup host the top eight teams from the Classic League in Spartanburg. The Open Recreation Cup is held in Columbia does not require qualification and is open to any recreation level team that wishes to participate. Best of luck to all of our teams !
