Palmetto Select 7-12 year olds

Dates:
October 9th – December 7th

Locations:
Tuesdays NMB Sports Complex 5:00-6:30pm
Thursdays Socastee 5:30-7:00pm
Fridays Stables Park 5:30-7:00pm

Topics/Descriptions:
This program is designed to improve the foundation of the player. Ball Mastery, Touch, Control, Coordination, and Confidence. Players will also focus on Passing and Receiving and a high priority on 1v1 situations (Change of Direction, Stops and Starts, and Feints), and Finishing.

Change of Direction-moves used to shield the ball and turn into space

Stops and Starts-moves that create space by using changes of pace

Feints-Moves that create space to either side of an opponent

Palmetto Select 13-19 year olds & PDC Players

Tuesdays Socastee 7:00-8:30pm
Fridays Stables Park 7:00-8:30pm

Topics/Descriptions:
This is our more advanced program. Increased degree of difficulty when targeting Ball Mastery, First Touch Control, Coordination, and Speed of Thought. Speed of play is increased. Technical and physical demands are increased. Focus on Passing and Receiving, 1v1 Moves (Change of Direction, Stops and Starts, and Feints), and Finishing. .
